We had the dishwasher break down and called Pegasus. At the same time we had them address an issue with the cold water dispenser from the fridge. They came when they said they would and diagnosed the problems. The parts came in a few days later and they installed them, again coming at the scheduled time. They repaired items promptly, had to deal with an unusual counter installation that affected accessing the fridge effectively, but dealt with it. We are very pleased with the prompt service and effectively dealing with the issues. Also the service costs were reasonable for the time spent on the repairs. Which were done quite efficiently and it was obvious the technician understood what they were doing. ~ John L

However, the technician was well versed in appliance repairs, thus being able to diagnose the issue quickly. He sourced the necessary part to fix it, saving me the cost of a replacement. Adrian is a true professional and Great Guy who was able to restore my workhorse Sears Kenmore Washer of 30+ years even though the parts are no longer available and fixed my newer Samsung Refrigerator that has a factory design flaw where ice builds up on the back of the fridge and the drain freezes - He knew exactly what to do by first deicing the fridge completely and adding a long heater wire to the inner back panel and looped down the drain - no more icing - problem solved - Adrian was literally a God Send! I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon to look at my broken refrigerator (the place i called first told me they could schedule me for a phone consultation next week) Emil was friendly, professional and willing to help. Told me he needed to order the part and the repair would be scheduled within the next day or two. Later that evening, i was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Emil letting me know he was able to locate the part, and was willing to come THAT EVENING to fix it (I didnt have a back up refrigerator, so this was a huge help) Would use them again :) ~ Leanne A

I have a built in dual oven and the lower one isn’t working. Had someone look at it before and they said it was the main relay board. Given it’s age, the part is discontinued. Found a company that can repair these boards. So I called Pegasus to send a tech to take the board out so I can send it for repair. Emil (the tech) arrived within the agreed time frame, but still he apologized for not coming earlier. This was very impressive. I told him what I needed from him, but he went above and beyond and actually reviewed and tested all the oven parts and surprisingly found that the defect was not in the relay board but in another part, which he managed to fix. We tested the oven and viola, it worked ! Emil worked very hard for over two hours. He went above and beyond and definitely exceeded my expectations. I am very happy and satisfied. The responsiveness and professionalism I received from Pegasus for my leaking washer repair was above and beyond. I called on a Saturday, the repair technician was here by Monday to assess and the machine was in working order by Wednesday! I think that is unheard of with regard to appliance repair. Emil, who assessed and repaired the problem was a consummate professional and very kind. He has no fear of animals which was great especially with what we have residing in our home lol. I found the company via Google search following its great reviews. The service was very easy to book. The technician arrived the the next day, assessed the issue and happened to have a part in his van, how great is that! The repair was completed within 45 minutes. Shout out to Dmitry, a very competent and professional service person. Also, Pegasus has a great designed website with multiple, easy pay options. Woke Friday morning to a fridge that had quit working overnight…(two year old Maytag) Called Pegasus appliance and they said a service technician could be at our home between 12–2 that day…at first l was hesitant because l did call where we had purchased from at it was later next week before they could come…plus the same situation with another company. Dimitry from Pegasus arrived at 1:30…very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable… Fridge was fixed within half an hour after arriving. My parents' condenser dryer was not heating. Another repair company came and charged them $300, but did not fix the problem. I called Pegasus and Igor came promptly and told me that the issue was 95% likely to be the heating element, and that he'd order this element but if that did not solve the problem, it could be returned and he'd try another approach. The element came two days later and he installed it the same day, which completely resolved the problem! The price was fair and Igor served my parents with integrity. ~ Jean P

We highly recommend Pegasus Appliance repair! This was our second time of service for appliances with them. First time it was Dimetre and this time it was Emil who serviced our washer this time and both were very knowledgeable! Such efficient service and repair! This was the first time using this company. They were great, we called late one day and had an appointment for the next day. Adrian diagnosed the problem with our leaking washer quickly and provided the quote before leaving. No high pressure sales just a link on the quote that we could indicate whether they could proceed or not. The part took a couple of days and they booked the follow-up appointment. Adrian was quick, efficient and very friendly - our pets liked him! If needed we will use them again. ~ Doug P

I called looking for service for my broken fridge. They were extremely helpful. After I explained what was wrong they suggested my fridge was probably under warranty and I should first check this out with the manufacturer. They also offered me same day service if in fact it wasn't which was amazing since I had already contacted other repair places and they couldn't help for at least 2 weeks. The pricing was better than most. Will definitely be contacting them if I have any appliance issues in the future. ~ Wilma E

Pegasus repaired our freezer quickly and professionally. They made a service call the same day and diagnosed the problem. They received the parts the next day and returned to complete the repair. They quoted a price right after the diagnosis and told us it could be higher if more parts were found to be needed but no extra labour would be charged. The final bill was $28 higher because we needed to replace a broken fan. I would definitely use Pegasus again and recommend them to our friends. ~ Jim W

Pegasus was great, I had called around seven or eight places that stated they were same day service, but with covid they were all backed up and I would have had to wait five days. Not with Pegasus, Dmitry was there within a few hours and had the parts to do the job with no waiting time. He was extremely nice, professional and got the job done within an hour. I had an excellent experience with Pegasus Appliance Repair! They were very quick to send someone to come and inspect the issues I had with my dishwasher and the oven of my stove range. I had prblem with my dishwasher not draining and then started to sound like pump is running but no water to pump.I called many other places listed in different media to find someone who sounds professional and understands the problem which you are having until I call them. First off, we called around and they were the only company to offer reliable same-day service and worked into the evening to resolve our issue. Secondly, our job was tricky - the tech, Dimitri, went above and beyond with his time and effort and still only charged us the basic labour fee. Although we didn't go ahead with the repair because our washer is 10 years old and we chose to buy new, the process was easy and transparent. Dmitry was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Was having some issues with our dishwasher not draining. After trying a few repairs myself, I decided to get someone in to diagnose properly. I found Pegasus online and used their online form and they got back to me very quickly. I got a next day appointment (a Saturday!) with Dmitry, who came right on time. My experience with Pegasus Hamilton was absolutely phenomenal right from the first phone call I made. Due to a massive power outage my 10 year old Samsung fridge stopped cooling. The receptionist at Pegasus arranged for a technician on the same day I phoned. Emil arrived. He was very professional, prompt and totally honest. He gave me a point by point explanation as to what was wrong, what had to be done, cost of part and labor etc. While he was here he also asked if I needed servicing for any other appliances and went on to give free advice about dishwasher, freezer, washing machine and dryer. He said my fridge had to be defrosted and explained about ice build up. He came back the following week and proceeded to fix the issue. He even blessed my fridge and said "May your fridge have a long life". It meant so much to me because I'm the kind of person who doesn't have a throw away mindset!. I'll definitely phone Pegasus for future help if any appliances need them. They are polite, efficient, very honest and most importantly Emil is so confident. Our 15 year old Kenmore refrigerator stopped working early this morning. I called at 8:00 am and had a technician (Sergei) arrive by 10:00 am. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He hoped he would have it the next day. 2 hours later he was back with the part. The repair was completed by 1:30....same day. You can't get much better service than that! I received a call within 30 mins of my inquiry. An appointment was made for the next day, followed by an email confirmation. The next day, the technician sent a text stating when he would be there.
