We had the dishwasher break down and called Pegasus. At the same time we had them address an issue with the cold water dispenser from the fridge. They came when they said they would and diagnosed the problems. The parts came in a few days later and they installed them, again coming at the scheduled time. They repaired items promptly, had to deal with an unusual counter installation that affected accessing the fridge effectively, but dealt with it. We are very pleased with the prompt service and effectively dealing with the issues. Also the service costs were reasonable for the time spent on the repairs. Which were done quite efficiently and it was obvious the technician understood what they were doing. ~ John L

Adrian is a true professional and Great Guy who was able to restore my workhorse Sears Kenmore Washer of 30+ years even though the parts are no longer available and fixed my newer Samsung Refrigerator that has a factory design flaw where ice builds up on the back of the fridge and the drain freezes - He knew exactly what to do by first deicing the fridge completely and adding a long heater wire to the inner back panel and looped down the drain - no more icing - problem solved - Adrian was literally a God Send!
